What we collect

If you email or call us using the addresses published here, or send us a request through the quotation form, we hold what you send us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry and any drawings or documents you attach.

If you have an account on this site, we hold the username, email address and password hash needed to operate it, along with sign-in records.

Visitor statistics

We keep a record of pages viewed on this site so we can tell what is useful and what is not. For each page view we store the date and time, the page address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you arrived from, and your IP address. If you are signed in, the record is linked to your account.

No cookies are used for these statistics, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking script on this site.

Your approximate location — country, region, city and the organisation that operates your network — is worked out on our own server from your IP address, using a database we hold locally. Your IP address is not sent to any third party for this.

Page-view records are deleted after twelve months (thirty days for automated crawlers). Anonymous totals, which cannot be traced back to an individual, are kept beyond that.

Why we hold it

To answer enquiries, prepare quotations, deliver contracted work, and meet the accounting and tax obligations that come with it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We disclose it only to suppliers and authorities where a contract or Mexican law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as there is an active commercial relationship. Records tied to invoicing are retained for the period Mexican tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares you may request access to your data, or ask us to correct, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@borbollagroup.com and we will respond.

Cookies

The site sets only the cookies Django needs for sessions and cross-site request protection, and only for people who sign in. There is no advertising or third-party tracking.

If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page.
