The work
TMED-II is a full plant installation: not a single line, but every production line in the facility, built out machine by machine while the plant kept operating.
Equipment arrived from Korea by sea container on a schedule we did not control, which meant the site had to absorb whatever landed that week and keep moving. Our crews off-loaded and uncrated every container on site, moved each machine to its position with our own heavy forklifts, and set it on foundation to the builder's levelling tolerance. Because the plant was in production, heavy moves were planned around live traffic and running lines rather than the other way around.
With the machines set, we ran and terminated the utilities: 480 V power, compressed air, process water and coolant. Every connection point was recorded and validated against the layout, so hand-over came with a documented list rather than a walk-through.
The lines were handed over connected, dry-run and ready for production.
